Returns Eligibility:

Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us and provide proof if you received a damaged item.
Return Period:
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be refunded 80% of the purchase amount. The remaining 20% will be deducted as a storage fee. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order.
